  Construction Management
  • Coordinate Base Building construction connected with Tenant Improvement construction
  • Produce periodic updates of Project Schedule including Phased Construction and Personnel moving as agreed
  • Monitor Construction progress and schedule compliance during both construction and punch list activities
  • Conduct meetings with city building, fire, disabled access, and planning departments to expedite permitting
  • Produce and update Project Schedule as agreed
  • Conduct field observation of construction progress on a weekly basis reviewing schedule and quality
  • Monitor potential and actual project delays and alert client as early as possible, review "catch-up" alternatives with contractor, architect and client
  • Review punch list items for completion
